OUR SIGNATURE CLASS

45 MINUTES IN LENGTH

We always start class with WARM UP followed by CORE, UPPER BODY & LOWER BODY and finish with a COOL DOWN stretch. You will get a full body workout, work muscles to fatigue and get your heart rate up so that you maximize the 45 minutes spent in class!
